Mike took me to the Osbourne Family of Lights at Disney's MGM Studios to see all the pretty Christmas Lights.  We were walking down the street.  I remember the fake snow falling (obviously we are in Florida so Disney makes their own snow), the loud music playing, all the lights and people around, I was so swept up in the moment. 

Suddenly Pachobells Cannon in D began playing, which has always been my wedding song.  Suddenly Mike let my hand go and pulled something out of his pocket.  It was a ring!  Now important note, I have never liked when people propose and everyone starts looking and getting involved.  I'm not that kind of girl.  Especially at Disney where you better believe everyone in his brother would get involved in such a magical moment.  So, being my ackwarad self, I say in a hurry, "please don't get down on one knee!"  Ok so that totally made the moment a little quirky...so since he didn't know what to do he just passed the ring to me and said.."so will you?"  It was fabulous!  I obviously said "YES!!!" It honestly was one of the best moments of my life. 

And whats even more interesting is Mike was planning to ask that night, but had no idea that my wedding song was going to be played, so it just magically came on and he knew that was his moment!  Talk about meant to be!!!

Our story started here!  In this exact spot!  What Amy didn't tell you is that the song started playing just as we got half way down the street, exactly in from of the center piece of the lights...The big Christmas tree.  There were easily a thousand people crammed in that area.  She wouldn't let me make a scene.  After I proposed, we walked to the end of the lighted street area and sat down on a bench and called her parents.  I think that night created a bond between us that has never been able to be broken even through the toughest times over the past 10 years.  There is a magic that was created that night that flows through both of us still today.
